"I’ve been with State Farm in the past and always loved them. After moving to Hawaii a couple of years ago, I relied on public transportation until recently buying a car. I called in and Aspen got my policy all set up, and she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and worked quickly to get everything taken care of. A 10 out of 10 experience, I highly recommend!"

"At first was a pleasant experience, got a good quote for both my vehicles. I did everything they asked and setup auto pay so I wouldn’t have to worry. Few months later my bill is less than expected . . . Come to find out they cancelled coverage for one of my vehicles I’m actively driving with no warning. This caused me to unwittingly drive for a month and a half with no coverage. Thankfully nothing happened but if something did then I wouldn’t have been sol with potentially life ruining debt because they didn’t contact me in any way before canceling coverage. So far only insurance company that doesn’t even email you when cancelling a policy"

We take full responsibility for your experience and sincerely apologize to hear about the issue with your vehicle coverage being canceled without notification. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Our standard procedure is to notify customers of policy cancellations via phone and email, in addition to sending out a letter. The original team member who assisted with your policies and was in charge of these notifications is no longer with this office. Regrettably, due to an internal oversight, this process was not properly followed, resulting in the cancellation of your policy without adequate notification. We deeply regret any distress this may have caused. We want to assure you that we are taking steps to review and improve our processes to prevent such issues in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make necessary improvements to our services."
